Panna Park Safari is an independent private entity and is not affiliated with the Government of Madhya Pradesh, Panna Tiger Reserve, or MP Forest Department. All payments are made to Panna Park Safari, and all refunds are processed solely by our company.
Refund eligibility depends on how early the cancellation request is made before the scheduled safari date. Service charges and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
If cancellation is made at least 30 days before the safari date, 80% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
If cancellation is made between 15 to 29 days before the safari date, 20% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
If cancellation is made between 7 to 14 days before the safari date, 10% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
If cancellation is made within 7 days of the scheduled safari date, no refund will be applicable.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp from the registered contact details.

If the safari is cancelled due to official park closure, administrative decision, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control:
Final refund decisions in such cases will be processed by Panna Park Safari as per operational feasibility.
